Located on the western coast of Milos,
The Farm is MEKTIMA S.A.'s vision for a
boutique hospitality experience centered
around food, nature, and a slower pace
of life.
Designed to embrace the island’s agrarian heritage, The Farm offers guests an immersive stay where the landscape, architecture, and culinary experiences intertwine to create a one-of-a-kind retreat.
With its seamless blend of hospitality and gastronomy, The Farm will stand as a benchmark for boutique agritourism in Greece—an intimate sanctuary where guests can slow down, savor authentic flavors, and reconnect with the land.
Farmhouse
At the heart of the development is The Farmhouse, a reimagined traditional Cycladic structure that serves as the central gathering space.
With its whitewashed walls and exposed stonework, the farmhouse opens toward the sun and the surrounding landscape, inviting guests to engage in a rhythm of life that shifts seamlessly from day to night. It will house a farm-to-table restaurant, offering fresh, locally sourced cuisine prepared with ingredients harvested directly from the property’s expansive vegetable gardens, olive groves, and greenhouses.
Guests can dine both indoors and in open-air seating areas, fully embracing the natural setting.
Guesthouses
Accommodations are designed to blend harmoniously with the environment, offering a mix of guesthouses, private cottages, and underground residences known as “The Cells”.
The guesthouses provide an intimate stay within the farmhouse setting, while cottages, nestled among agricultural fields, offer a secluded experience surrounded by private gardens.
The Cells, discreetly integrated into the landscape, feature underground structures sheltered from the winds, with expansive openings framing uninterrupted views of the Aegean.
Discovery
Beyond its accommodations and dining experiences, The Farm is a place of discovery.
Guests can explore a network of pathways through the working farm, greenhouses, and pavilions, where they can engage in hands-on culinary workshops, harvest seasonal produce, and connect with the island’s agricultural traditions.
The project embodies a holistic approach to agritourism, offering a retreat that is both refined and deeply rooted in the natural and cultural essence of Milos.
