Project Description

Sea West Homes is a residential project developed by MEKTIMA S.A. in 2001, during a period when Mykonos was rapidly emerging as a major destination for both tourism and real estate investment. The development is located on the west side of the island, in close proximity to Agios Ioannis Beach, an area known for its views, accessibility, and increasing demand for low-density residential properties.

Built on a 5,000 sq.m. plot, the project includes four independent homes with a total built area of 580 sq.m. Each home was designed to operate autonomously, offering privacy and straightforward functionality.

The architecture, by Vaggelis Economides, draws from local typologies, with clean forms and restrained design elements that suit the island’s character and planning context.
Sea West Homes represents MEKTIMA’s early involvement in residential development in the Cyclades and reflects the company’s focus on long-term, value-driven investments in prime leisure markets.
